The hotel is in a central location in Pembroke, which is great for exploring the town. The rooms are clean and well-kept, but the double bed is quite small. The hotel had a truly unique feature with the world's smallest double bed, perfect for our last-minute stay with en suite-shower. The service was delightful with a welcome drink. The location was incredibly convenient, being near the Car Ferry, ideal for our early morning ferry departure. Dining was a pleasant surprise as it was included in the rate, and the breakfast bars were a nice touch.
This hotel is a mixed bag of great and not-so-great aspects. The location is fantastic, right in the center of town with easy access to the castle, but the room had the world's smallest double bed. The dining experience with yummy Pork Belly was a highlight, yet the service only offered a welcome drink. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.
